Service Introduction

A. General check-ups:
Every Monday to Friday 8:30~11:00 a.m, 1:30~4:00 p.m.
Provides the general check-ups required for job seeking, educational studies, examination, promotion etc.
Please bring with you the ID card, and 2 passport photos (report to the registery between 8:20a.m. and 1:30p.m.)

B. Military school health inspection, soldier the sergeant job reference check-ups and reserve officials check-ups :
Every Monday to Friday 1:30~4:00 p.m. (please report to the registry at 1:30p.m.).

C. Military service health inspection:
In coordination with the county and city governmental military service office to carry out the annual military service check-ups.

D.Premarital health inspection:
To provide both the men and women an excellent health care examination and consultation service. Booking is available or register on site.

E.Foreign bride, bridegroom check-ups:
Every Monday to Friday 8:30~11:00 a.m., 1:30~4:00 p.m.
Please bring with you the ID card, 2 recent passport photos, and the passport or residence certificate for registration.
The examination report is available after 7 days. (please report to the register after 8:20a.m. and 1:30p.m.).

F.Foreign labor check-ups:
9:00~11:00a.m. and 2:00~4:00p.m.
Please bring with you the ID card, 2 recent passport photos, and the passport or residence certificate for registration.
The examination report is available after 7 days. (please report to the register after 8:20a.m. and 1:30p.m.).

G. Free adult's health inspection:
Examination time: Monday to Friday, please report in after 8: 20 a.m., the examination time is 9:00~11:00a.m.
| Saturday 8:00-10:30a.m. (limited to 10 reservations by telephone)
40-year old or above: once every three years health examination.
65-year old or above: annual health examination.
Please bring with you the Ntation Health Insurance Card, true copy of the ID card and seal.
( Available for the whole year).

H.Free Eldery health inspection: (conducted by the Hsinchu City Government) (limited in number, please book earlier)
Examination time: Monday to Friday, 8:00~11:00 a.m
65-year old or above, the health examination is conducted once a year. Please bring with you the Ntation Health Insurance Card, true copy of the ID card and seal.

I. Corporation establishment circuit health inspection:
This mainly aims at conducting health check-ups for groups of more than 100 people. We send our doctors, nurses and examiners to the location appointed by the corporation to carr out the health inspection (corporations of 60~100 people can combine together for the check-ups).

J. Anti-cancer screening:
This aims at conducting clinical examination for various familiar cancer screenings (for example: Breast Cancer, cervical cancer, large intestine cancer, Liver Cancer, Prost. Cancer).

K. Occupational disease out-patient service:
Every Monday morning、Tuesday、Friday morning occupational disease diagnosis and Thursday afternoon household medical outpatient service。
Doctor Wang Cheng-Chung，the Household Medicine visiting staff will carry out the health diagnosis for you personally。
