教學研究

           鼓勵營養服務提升相關論文發表，如103年8月於兩岸四地膳食營養大會發表「社區關懷站廚房衛生和食物使用頻率稽核模式介入之成效」；101年4月於台灣腸道暨靜脈營養醫學會投稿腹膜透析倂包囊性腹膜硬化症病人使用靜脈營養案例報告，並積極參與公、學、協會與區盟之研究計劃。
