.Medical Services - Outpatient Department (OPD)

Clinic Time:
*Notes:  1). Time for refilling chronic continuous prescriptions and applying for details of medical expenses: 08:00-17:00 (Monday to Friday), 08:00-12:00 (Saturday)
2). Evening clinic does not accept any case of refilling chronic continuous prescriptions or applying for details of medical expenses.

3). Pre-registration is open for within 14 days ahead via internet, phone, or in person.

4). After missing appointments for 2 times, the privilege of pre-registration will be canceled; please go to the front desk for registration.

Registration Fee and Copayment Fee

Outpatient Registration : NT$120.
Copayment for general public: NT$240.
Dispensary Fee: NT$20 copayment for every NT$100 dispensary fee.

Emergency Registration : NT$300.
General Public’s Emergency copayment : NT$300.

Emergency Registration with Doctor’s Referral: NT$120.
Emergency Copayment for general public with Referral: NT$100.

Conditions under which Co- Payment is exempted.

  1. Serious illness or disease announced by the authorities and marked on the National Health Insurance (NHI) IC card.

  2. Giving birth.

  3. “Fu” (Disabled) or “Rong” (Military Veteran) marked on the NHI IC Card.

  4. Registered tuberculosis patients going to assigned hospitals designated by the Ministry of Health and Welfare, Executive Yuan, R.O.C.

  5. Patients with Laborer’s Occupational Accident OPD sheet or Laborer’s Occupational Accident Admission sheet

  6. Preventive health care services (i.e. pregnancy check-ups; preventive health care for children under 7 years old and adults over 40 years old; regular pap tests and mammography for women over 50 years old and less than 70 years old; Stool occult blood test, subsidized once every 2 years; oral mucosa check-up for smoker or areca nut chewer over 30 years old, subsidized once every 2 years).

  7. Centenarian with the NHI IC Card

  8. Kids under 3 years old who have National Health Insurance.

  9. Neonates (born within 30 days) adhere to their parents who are NHI IC Card holders.

Certificate requirement

  1. People with National Health Insurance: the NHI IC Card (pregnant woman’s handbook or kid’s handbook) is required; if there is no photo on the NHI IC Card, please provide citizenship ID card or other identification documents (such as: Household Certificate, etc…)

  2. If this is your first visit, please provide your NHI IC card and citizenship ID card or household certificate or other identification documents.

  3. Foreigners: alien resident certificate or passport.

  4. Self-pay citizens: citizenship ID card.

  5. Notes: Patients with preferential status should bring preferential certificates, such as Occupational Accident Sheet, Physical and Mental Disability Handbook.

Others

  1. Patients who forget to bring the NHI IC Card need to pay the health care bill first, and the payment will be returned if you bring the NHI IC Card and the original receipt to the front desk within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  2. The conditions approved by Bureau of National Health Insurance for patients who are unable to visit the clinic in person are described below:

  3. Having difficulty in moving due to long-term bedridden (doctor’s approval is required).

  4. Onboard fishing overseas with relevant documentary proof.

  5. If you pre-registered and want to cancel the registration, please do it 1 day prior to your visit. (Notes: it cannot be canceled on the day of registered visit.)

  6. Evening clinic does not provide injections of various vaccines.
