Accompaniment and Visitation rules (updated on April 29, 2024)
Number of accompanying caregivers:
•Each patient is limited to 1 accompanying caregiver (including the Division of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology).
•Exceptions: A maximum of 2 accompanying caregivers is allowed for each pediatric patient (under 12 years of age), elderly patient (above 65 years of age), those with physical or mental disabilities, or those with a condition (mobility difficulties or unable to engage in self-care).
number of visitors: * Please make sure to complete the appointment at the accompanying caregiver reservation system first.
• Only one designated visiting period per day, and a maximum of two visitors for each inpatient.
• 13:00-14:00: Psychiatric Ward, General Ward, RCW
13:30-14:00: ICU, RCC
•Individuals with the following circumstances are strongly discouraged from becoming an accompanying caregiver or Visit. If an accompaniment is necessary, the accompanying caregiver are required to produce a negative at-home test result. •Those who exhibit symptoms of COVID-19: Fever ≧38°C, respiratory tract symptoms, loss of taste/smell, unexplained diarrhea.
Accompanying caregivers are required to bring:
Personal identification (e.g. NHI card, national ID card or ARC).
If you have symptoms such as fever, please inform us proactively and go to the nursing station or ward entrance to have your temperature taken.
