1. Whole-night multi-channel physiology examination of sleep (polysomnography)
2. Titration of continuous positive air pressure (CPAP)
3. Multiple Sleep Latency Test for cause of hypersomnolence
4. 24-hour wrist actigraphy for detecting circadian rhythm and sleep-wake cycle
5. Blood oxygen saturation measurements over 24 hours
6. Transcutaneous  CO2 measurement

Indication of polysomnography

1. Sleep disordered breathing
2. Hypersomnolence
3. Sleep related movement disorder
4. Parasomnia
5. Nocturnal seizure
6. Circadian rhythm disorder

The indication of CPAP/BiPAP titration in NTUH:

1. Obstructive sleep apnea
2. Central sleep apnea
3. Hypoventilation syndrome

The indication of MSLT in NTUH:

1. Narcolepsy
2. Primary hypersomnolence
3. Circadian rhythm disorder
